Our greatest desire is that every client that walks through our doors, they leave happy and satisfied. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
Services received cannot be refunded We will gladly correct any service you receive within Three days of your service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 3 days to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
Products bought at Salon
* Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.
Deposit
*The deposit made for services is non-refundable however if you notify us 48 hours before your appointment we might consider rescheduling your appointment and can transfer your deposit to another date. However if you cancel last min, you risk loosing your deposit.
