We understand things happen but please communicate in advance.  If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time, you run the risk of your appointment being cancelled due to a lack of appropriate timing. And you lose the 20% non refundable booking fee of your scheduled appointment   3.How Should My Hair be Prepared for My Appointment?  Please have your hair properly prepped when you arrive for your appointment.  Wash, condition, and detangle your hair at home.   Hair that is twisted, matted and tangled may result in an additional $30 Resetting Fee.

 Because we are following the Social Distancing Guidelines, we do not have a waiting area for extra parties.  Please do not bring additional friends and family members to your appointment. One parent per minor will be permitted when necessary.

We offer 10% discount on all styles for senior citizen and kids 12 years and below.  

One week is minimum period you can book your appointment. Sometimes we have people that cancel due to emergencies so you can always try to check if we have emergency spots open. You can book weeks ahead or months ahead by paying 20% non refundable deposit from your total amount then this will automatically block the spot for you. 

We understand things happen and you might need to cancel your appointment or reschedule it. Cancellation or rescheduling must happen 24 hours prior to scheduled date. This will ensure that you don't loose your deposit.  

We accept cash app, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal (you will pay Paypal fee) or cash.

Sometimes we get requests for earlier or very late appointments, sometimes we consider that depending on how busy we are.

Some people are tender when their hair is being braided, our stylists can adjust according to client tolerance of pain. The first three days your braids might feel tender but not unbearable. We advice our clients for cover themselves with hot towel and the steam relaxes the scalp, then they can oil the scalp after. 

There are many factors that help your hair grow. Example, the food you eat matters, we must realized eating healthy helps your hair grow. Second, are you drinking enough water? Our hair needs water just like our body needs. Third, our emotional condition matters, we have had clients going through severe depression and their hair begins to fall of. Fourth, our hair needs to be oiled 1-2 times a week because your scalp needs it. We sell healthy oil at our products section. We also encourage our clients to condition their hair with natural products, example mix ripe avocado, egg yoke, olive oil and honey. After you mix this , apply on your hair evenly and cover with nylon cap for 3-4 hours. You can do this whenever you take down your braids. Our hair desperately need protein and this mix helps alot, your hair will thank you later . 

You do not need to perm your hair unless you want to or the style you doing needs it like Microlinks especially when using straight hair. We work with all hair types..

Yes we can try to work with hair condition and make those parts look very natural. We will also recommend what style is protective for your scalp. 

We don't provide hair for all styles, we have some hair at our or our products page. Some styles we provide hair that is affordable and of high quality. 

We do not advise our customers to wash their braids within the first 2 weeks. It will just loose its shininess depending on the hair extension one used. You may use hair spray available at most beauty supplies to keep your braids shiny. You may also lightly dry shampoo your braids the 3rd week and thereafter. 

We recommend your hair to be 3 inchs and above for some styles, other styles like micro links need longer hair that can be held in a ponytail. .. 

We use shine and Jam to braid some style like box braids, stitch cornrows..etc because it helps us to have a better grip and clean parts. We also oil out client scalp so that it's well moisturized. Incase a client doesn't want to use our products but instead brings their own, we can always work with their products. If a clients doesn't want products at all, we also can work with that.
